Insight #18: Gratitude

In our life, we are bound to encounter with all kinds of situations and moments, some are positive and some are negative.... There are even moments that will attempt to cloud our perspective.

If we believe that all these moments and experiences we encounter helps us to learn more about ourselves. From negative situations, we learn to be patient, forgiving and to understand the meaning of that experience. We give thanks for positive outcomes in our life.

I remembered a good friend's wise advice: 'There is no free lunch' and we have to be grateful...
